Kundalini Yoga
An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning “truth is my identity.” The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. The physical poses of Kundalini yoga are taken from Hatha and coupled with different types of breathing, such as the Breath of Fire, alternate nostril breathing, and Dog Breath, to name a few. Perfect for beginners to advanced yogis, this class is typically 1 hour in length.
Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is often called “mindful yoga” due to the expanded awareness of self and body. Slower movements cultivate space for a deeper experience of the poses and the breath. Awareness of the physical sensations, the thoughts or emotions that arise, or sounds in the environment, can all take on a much more profound significance in the depth of the restorative practice. Simply put, you’re able to notice and feel more of the world through your yoga experience. The overall calming effect on the nervous system sets a deeply relaxing tone for the class that comforts your mind and body down to the cellular level.
A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.
Flow Yoga

Flow yoga (also called Vinyasa Flow yoga) is a term given to a style of yoga where the practitioner moves dynamically from one posture immediately into another. The continuous flow of postures or asanas makes the class or practice become almost like a dance.
Generally, each movement into or out of a posture is made on an inhalation or exhalation. Flow yoga unites the breath with the movement in a choreographed sequence. The flowing movements may be combined with some longer holds of certain postures.
Reiki Love Yoga

Reiki Love Yoga is an innovative approach to healing the Chakras through a combination of Reiki & Yoga.
Blockages of our Chakras can happen in multiple ways over time. Negative, limiting patterns and beliefs all contribute to the stagnation and dampening of energy. As we grow and learn, and experience life, we create blocks as a method of protection. Often as we grow and learn how to navigate life (at whatever age) our protection methods need to be updated. Think of it like a software update. This battle between growth and protection, is one area where blocks are formed. Once we identify these blocks, we can open up to our unlimited potential and align with Source and the Universal Flow. These blocks begin to unravel and clear with work and healing.
Reiki Love Yoga is a tool to facilitate healing.
