What is Ajna Light Meditation?
The Ajna Light is an innovative and highly effective device which easily and rapidly assists you in entering a deeply relaxed, meditative state without years of practice. It works through brainwave entrainment using very powerful flickering light and binaural beats. With a constant light operating in different frequencies and programs, you’ll sit with closed eyes as white light activates different areas of your brain to allow for immersion into an alternate state of consciousness. What Happens During Ajna Light Meditation?
Sitting or lying down, the Ajna Light is placed at eye level above your forehead about 8 to 12 inches from the LED modules. Customized specifically to you, we will select the light sequence, the length of time, and music best suited for your session. Moments later the light sequence will begin.
During the session, the light flickers to create specific brainwaves; you will automatically be brought into a relaxed and meditative state, even if you are stressed or have a busy and active mind. There is no need to try to stop your thoughts – just observe your sensations during the light session. The Ajna Light assists you entering the meditative state without years of meditative practice.
As the light activates the pineal gland of your brain to allow for immersion into an alternate state of consciousness, most people experience varied altered states of consciousness reflecting their own changing inner awareness.

Groups sessions typically consist of a maximum of 8 participants lying under the light. These sessions are guided or unguided meditation or group hypnosis led by Carla Chalah, certified clinical hypnotherapist with 10 years of experience and owner of EveryBody in Mind Wellness Center and Hemisphere Hypnotherapy.
