This is a purely channeled reading without divination tools where Lisa is in a light trance state communicating with higher dimensional guides by seeing, feeling, hearing, and knowing their answers, and often having them speak directly through her. Their messages to you will discuss karmic and soul lessons, things you are working through in your life, and your spiritual path. You will have the opportunity to ask questions about anything you would like, either about their messages to you or anything you would like. Due to the energy of the higher dimensional guides, the reading can often have a healing effect. Spirit mediumship can come into the reading if it facilitates your healing, but it is not the main focus of the reading.

As you discuss the issues you’re dealing with, Lisa is reading your energy and receiving downloads from higher dimensional guides. There is work reflecting and integrating new methods and insights as well as practical psychological techniques you can use. Whatever is discussed is solidified in your subconscious mind in a light state of hypnosis to make changes easier; and while you are under hypnosis, healing is given, when your energy field is most open to receiving it.
