• Tarot cards are a divination tool that has been used for centuries. At first, they can feel quite elusive and confusing and seem to offer multiple sometimes conflicting interpretations. In this course, we will review the basic meaning of each card, one at a time, and cover common meanings, and methods for a more in-depth understanding and interpretation of the cards. We will discuss different methods folks use for readings and learn how to use the cards to divine and channel messages from our highest and greatest selves. This class is not meant to train participants on being fortune-tellers, nor will it be long enough to do a major in-depth study. This course is meant to give a starting point for you to develop your own method, style, and relationship with your Tarot Deck.
    • We will cover the Major & Minor Arcana, Court Cards, Elements, and spreads.
    • Also, learn how to tap into oneself as the reader to offer clear messages for self and others
    • 6 sessions
    • 2.5 ish hour-long classes
    • Weekly
    • Recordings of the class
  • Homework and optional practice groups
  • Follow up with an optional tarot support group that is guided and supervised
  • Participants will need their own deck, preferably the original Rider-Waite (Smith) deck or the Radiant Rider-Waite (Smith). While this deck is overly Euro-centric and heteronormative, there is a LOT of iconography on the original cards that are very difficult to pick up on with other decks.
