This is the yoga class for #bossbabes, #businesswomen, #entrepreneurs, #witches, #creatives #spiritualsisters, and women who are generally here to play big and leave an array of shattered glass ceilings in their wake. Rich Bi$ch Yoga is founded upon the belief that success is holistic. The health of your mind, body, and spirit are all vital and give rise to feelings of both inner and outer abundance. Your $10K, $20K, or $100K months don’t look so shiny anymore when you’re falling apart in other areas of your life. On the other hand, you might actually be able to attain those $10-$100K months if you take better care of yourself!
Every RBY class will include a magical blend of breathwork, meditation, hypnosis, and yoga asana (mindful movement) to help you #liveyourbestlife. Some RBY classes will include the use of mantras, journal prompts, manifestation techniques, EFT tapping, and other modalities that help you live your life with and on purpose. In order to be best prepared for class, you’ll want to have a yoga mat and any yoga props you like as well as a journal and pen. The yoga asana will alternate between the following styles: vinyasa, gentle flow, yin, and restorative. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
Join us for the first-ever kick-off class of Rich Bi$ch Yoga on Thursday, February 3rd!! All RBY classes are virtual and held on Zoom. A link to the upcoming class will be emailed to you 12-24 hours in advance. Every RBY class is recorded – you’ll automatically receive a link to the recording after class (in case you can’t attend live, or if you wish to repeat it!) We can’t wait to channel our collective healing powers together in what promises to be a cathartic and uplifting experience!
