This online Zoom class will teach those who suffer from anxiety, valuable techniques to get relief through a two-fold approach.
1. Learning techniques to address the cognitive, emotional/biochemical, structural, and energetic aspects involved.
2. Then we work to neutralize the triggers and reprogram the responses. So even though you’ll walk away with techniques to stop the anxiety, the reprogramming process makes it so you’ll rarely have to use them.
Attendees will also receive a book valued at $17.50 which covers all the techniques and more.
